Jenni Wong Clayville was born and raised in Seattle, WA., but she and her family now live in the Northern Virginia area. She is wife to Brian and boy-mom to Chance & Paxton. Jenni serves at NoVA Community Church (NoVA) as the Executive Pastor and as part of the teaching team. Jenni has been in full-time ministry since 2001, serving as a Pastor in Portland, OR., El Paso, TX., Oklahoma City, OK., Fort Worth, TX, and Washington, DC. Her ministry experience has varied in positions such as Worship & Creative Arts, First Impressions, and Executive Pastor.
Jenni’s educational background is nestled in the intersection of Psychology and Theology, and how they connect holistically. In addition to her work at NoVA, Jenni is a contributing partner to YouVersion, a conference and leadership speaker, and a dream-releaser and resource-provider to the staff members who report to her. Outside of her work at her local church, NoVA, Jenni has been serving on the leadership team of Leading and Loving It and the Propel Coaching Team, supporting women in ministry nationally and globally. She also currently serves as a board member at International Ministry Network and The Neighborliness Center. Jenni is a lifelong learner, an unpretentious foodie, a more pretentious coffee lover, and a self-proclaimed comedienne.
