Dr. Irini Fambro is a wife and mother, teacher and student, speaker and listener. She and her high school sweetheart, Kenneth, have two children: Kalila and Kenneth. Her passion is to increase the contributions within organizations through valuing the unique intelligence inside of everyone. Her education includes a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in management from The University of Alabama, ordination through the Wesleyan Church, and a Masters of Divinity from Beeson Divinity School. Regent University brought her the opportunity for her to complete her PhD in Organizational Leadership with an Ecclesial concentration. Her dissertation work on Multiple Intelligence in Leadership fueled her desire for increased contribution. She has been a youth pastor, college pastor, curriculum developer, writer, author of Made for More, preacher, teacher, and podcaster of Smarter Than You Think. Intelligent Leadership was her consulting company that worked with churches and organization to make the increased contribution ideology a reality. In December 2023, she accepted a position as President of The King’s University in Southlake, Texas.
