Dominique Sachse is a globally recognized content creator with a dedicated following of over 3.5 million on YouTube and social media platforms combined. She hosts the podcast “Over 50 & Flourishing with Dominique Sachse,” where she engages in meaningful discussions about thriving in midlife. 

Known for her transparency and passion for beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and faith, Dominique deeply connects with her audience through tutorials and heartfelt conversations. She is the author of the bestselling book “Life Makeover - Embrace The Bold, Beautiful & Blessed You,” which inspires women to overcome fears, make bold life changes, and enhance their inner and outer beauty. 

With a 30-year career in broadcast journalism, Dominique has earned three Emmys, multiple AWRT awards for on-air personality, and the prestigious Edward R. Murrow award. The University of Houston has honored her as an “Outstanding Young Communications Alumna” and “Distinguished Alumni.”  

Dominique began her career as a traffic reporter at Houston’s Metro Traffic in 1990, later becoming a disc jockey at KHMX Mix 96.5, and then anchoring the news at KPRC-TV for 28 years until her retirement in October 2021. Dominique also briefly co-hosted "Morning on Merit Street," a national morning show on Dr. Phil’s former network in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in 2024. 

Dominique is grateful for her long-standing and evolving career as a broadcaster, encourager, and digital creator. She attributes her success to God and is thankful for her incredible community of bold, blessed, and amazing women!  Dominique is a devoted wife, mother to her son Styles, and owner of her popular Wheaten Terrier, Oscar.
