Dr. Angie Richey is a university president, licensed therapist, ordained minister, and executive coach whose work integrates leadership, psychology, faith, and human flourishing.
As President of Life Pacific University in Southern California, Angie draws on more than 25 years of experience in Christian higher education and ministry to lead people and organizations through meaningful transformation. She holds a Ph.D. in Counseling and Psychology, an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy, and an M.Ed., bringing both executive and clinical insight to her understanding of people, relationships, resilience, and change.
For more than two decades, Angie has spoken at conferences, churches, and universities on emotional and relational health, spiritual formation, identity, leadership, and personal growth. She also appeared in a documentary on forgiveness directed by Academy Award–winning producer Arnold Shapiro.
Her work as a therapist and coach has included couples, families, ministry and business leaders, and entertainment professionals. Across each setting, Angie brings a deep conviction: we are created with divine purpose, and understanding who we are and how we have been formed helps us live more fully into that purpose.
She and her husband, Jack, are proud parents of two adult children, Ethan, married to Ella, and Natalie, married to Luke, and joyful grandparents of William, Louisa, and Emma.
